My mother spent the last 8 months of her life here. She had dementia and they were kind, patient and caring. We felt that the carers treated her as one of their family. 5* care.

My mum had a short respite stay and she felt like she was staying in a hotel. The food was wonderful; the staff were friendly and made her feel at home and the apartment she stayed and the facilities were really very good. She also got taken for walks in the garden and visited the garden centre, which made her stay even more enjoyable.

I cannot speak highly enough of this English speaking care facility. The staff are loving and thoughtful, with both their clients and visitors. Unfortunately, my husband was taken into hospital where he died. But during his last few days, Tracy arranged for members of her staff to visit him, when I was unable to make the journey. She has continued to support me following his death. I am so grateful for everything, thank you.

The level of care was truly exceptional, with medical professionals available to monitor his health and meet his needs. The genuine affection shown by both the staff and the other residents was palpable during every visit, and it gave us great comfort to see how well-loved and cared for Vincent was. When Vincent passed, the entire team was incredibly understanding and supportive, offering kindness and guidance that eased the burden during this difficult time. Their compassion and professionalism made a challenging experience much more bearable, and we will always be thankful for the care and respect they showed to both Vincent and our family. We highly recommend Jasmine Care Services to anyone seeking a place where their loved ones will be truly cherished and cared for. This is a facility where the well-being and happiness of residents are clearly a priority, and we will forever be grateful for the exceptional care Vincent received. My Dad John was at Jasmine for 3 years. It was a home away from home for him. The staff really looked after him - and he was not an easy man - very fussy with food. He had his English TV and cups of tea, a lovely room with stunning views. The staff kept me up to date with anything I needed to know. It was a relief for me because they also took me into consideration and made my life very easy. When he passed, the room was filled with their love, and they made sure it was with dignity. If you have an elderly parent in the area and want them in a safe, kind, loving environment where they are respected, then please consider Jasmine.
